2. Products
We offer ready-made artworks and custom-designed pieces. Each creation is designed with care and intention.

3. Custom Orders
Each custom piece is created based on your inputs.

You will receive one design proposal by email within 3 to 5 business days.
Up to two revision rounds are included.

Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Digital Products
Digital artworks (PDF format) are delivered via email.
No physical item will be shipped.

All digital products are non-refundable.

5. Payments
All prices are listed in [currency].
Full payment is required before production begins.

6. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds
Custom and digital products are non-refundable.

Non-custom physical items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artworks created by Janine are original works and remain the exclusive intellectual property of The French Kids LP.

Each piece, including custom designs, remains the property of Janine.

Purchases grant a personal, non-commercial right of use only.
No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

For digital products, sharing or reselling is strictly prohibited.

Janine reserves the right to showcase custom creations for portfolio and marketing purposes.
